The Lord is gracious,
and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
(Psalm 145:8)
The Word for the YEAR--
Romans 8:35-39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?
shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For Thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The Word for the month--
Psalm 108:4 For Thy mercy is great above the heavens: and Thy Truth reacheth unto the clouds.
The Word for the day--
Psalm 89:2
For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: Thy faithfulness shalt Thou establish in the very heavens.
Here is some immediate context--
Psalm 89:1-8 Maschil of Ethan the Ezrahite.
I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known Thy Faithfulness to all generations. For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: Thy faithfulness shalt Thou establish in the very heavens. I have made a Covenant with My chosen, I have sworn unto David My servant, Thy Seed will I establish for ever, and build up Thy throne to all generations. Selah.
And the heavens shall praise Thy wonders, O Lord: Thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints. For Who in the Heaven can be compared unto the Lord? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the Lord? God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about Him. O Lord God of hosts, Who is a strong Lord like unto Thee? or to Thy faithfulness round about Thee [cp Rev 4:3]?
Compare Spiritual with Spiritual (1 Corinthians 2:12-14; John 5:39)--
"For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever"
Titus 3:4-7 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; that being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the Hope of Eternal Life.
Psalm 117:1,2 O praise the Lord, all ye nations: praise Him, all ye people. For His merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lord.
Psalm 118:1 O give thanks unto the Lord; for He is good: because His mercy endureth for ever.
"Thy faithfulness shalt Thou establish in the very heavens."
Acts 7:55,56 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly
into heaven, and saw the glory of God,
and Jesus standing on the right hand of God, and said,
Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
Psalm 119:89,90 ל LAMED.For ever, O Lord, Thy Word is settled in Heaven. Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: Thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
I John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our Faith without wavering; (for He is faithful that promised;)
Revelation 1:5,6 And from Jesus Christ, Who is the faithful Witness, and the First Begotten of the dead, and the Prince of the kings of the earth. Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Revelation 19:11 And I saw Heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in Righteousness He doth judge and make war [cp.Ps 45] .
Again, the Word for the day--Psalm 89:2
For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: Thy faithfulness shalt Thou establish in the very heavens.

06.27 Morning:
Who shall be able to stand?
Who may abide the Day of His coming? and who shall stand when He appeareth? for He
is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap.
I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands. . . . These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. . . . They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto Living Fountains of Waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.―Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free.
