The Lord is gracious,
and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
(Psalm 145:8)
The Word for the YEAR--
Romans 8:35-39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?
shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For Thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The Word for the month--
Psalm 23:1 The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.
The Word for the day--
John 10:11
I am the good Shepherd: the good Shepherd giveth His Life for the sheep.
Compare Spiritual with Spiritual (1 Corinthians 2:12-14; John 5:39)--
"His Life"
John 17:3 And this is Life Eternal, that they might know Thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, Whom Thou hast sent.
John 10:15 As the Father knoweth Me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down My Life for the sheep.
Isaiah 53:10-12 Yet it pleased the
Lord to bruise Him; He hath put
Him to grief: when Thou shalt make
His soul an offering for sin, He shall see
His seed, He shall prolong
His days, and the pleasure of the
Lord shall prosper in His hand. He shall see of the travail of
His soul,
and shall be satisfied:
by His knowledge shall My Righteous Servant justify many; for He shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide Him
a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because
He hath poured out His soul unto death: and He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
Again, the Word for the day--John 10:11
I am the good Shepherd: the good Shepherd giveth His Life for the sheep.

07.06 Morning:
Let your speech be alway with grace.
A Word fitly spoken
is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.
As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold,
so is a wise reprover upon an obedient ear.―Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.―A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.―By thy words thou shalt be justified.―The tongue of the Wise
is health.
Then they that feared the
Lord spake often one to another: and the
Lord hearkened, and heard
it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for them that feared the
Lord, and that thought upon His Name.
If thou take forth the precious from the vile, thou shalt be as My mouth.―Therefore, as ye abound in every
thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and
in all diligence, . . .
see that ye abound in this grace also.
